Delete Account

Delete Your Spodium Account

You can request deletion of your Spodium profile or page, and the associated data, at any time using either option below.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

To delete your Profile:

  1. Open the Spodium app and log in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

To delete a Page you manage:

  1. Open the Spodium app and switch to the Page.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Page.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address registered on your account:

Email: info@spodium.net
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: your registered email address / phone number and username (and the Page name, if you want a Page deleted).

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile or page information (name, photo, bio, sports details, contact details)
  • Posts, media and files you uploaded
  • Messages, connections and follows
  • Account login credentials

What may be retained

  • Payment, wallet and transaction records are retained for up to 8 years, as required by Indian law (tax and financial regulations).
  • Limited security and system logs are kept for fraud prevention and security for up to 180 days.

Retained data is kept only for the stated period, is not used for any other purpose, and is permanently deleted afterwards.
